So I opened up my bucket after 6 days and saw this...it looks normal except for those white foamy areas..any thoughts?

Yea still sitting at 1.051 .. I ordered a couple of dry 34/70 and set my chest freezer low so hopefully my wort /beer doesnt go bad...well I learned my lesson.. ill probably reorder this kit and create a starter and compare the two and see how they differ. Thanks for all your help!

Hi .. Just looked at my pale ale after its been sitting for abouy 5-6 weeks .. I saw those white little things on top ..is it an infection ? If so should i dump it or bottle it up leaving out a few inches from the top? Thanks

First post long time lurker .... I've brewed a few batches so far from bad to pretty good and wanted to try something for winter time. I found the recipe below for an all grain and kind of converted it to an extract. Let me know what you guys think.  Recipe specifics:&#65279...
