Yea, that's a first for me. I wonder if this one was just a bad apple. Once you get a fix try to publish exactly what you did with part numbers and where you purchased the part. Might help someone else down the line. Good luck.

I've never seen the type of leak you are seeing once the stepper arm has been rebuilt and lubed. Maybe the silicon tubing is damaged/wrong size/deformed/shrunk/etc... There shouldn't be any backpressure on that arm to force wort up and out of the stepper arm seal. I assume the answer is yes, but...

Hayes Lubri-Film has a better sealing quality IMO and is designed for the restaurant industry.

Yes. Straight out the front. If you enter Test mode you can cycle through the stops.

I don't. I had always planned on it, but got too wrapped up in other projects. I can tell you that it is fairly easy using the Test Menu and just adjusting the set screw for the home position. Align it by eye first and then make small tweaks to fine tune it. The Zym uses an alignment disc so you...

    Butterfly Valve Gaskets

Don't know who needs to see this, but this seems to be the easiest way to install these gaskets without purchasing a ridiculously expensive gadget. Very easy and doesn't require a tool to mar the surface. Struggled with them for a minute before figuring this out.

    Duofiller?

Our plan is to mount whatever we get to a cart that is hard plumbed with a fill line encapsulated by our chiller output to keep the lines cold. I have heard that keeping the line cold is a must. We brew 4 times week on a 1 BBL system and plan on canning at least 1 to 2 kegs for every batch. That...

    Duofiller?

This thread HERE from Nov 2024 seems to suggest the Cannular is not ready for prime time. So that puts my options back to the DUOFILLER and the Morebeer Orthos.

    Duofiller?

@KegLand et al, so its now Feb 2025. Any new updates? Is this readily available in the US? What improvements have been made? Any videos of the RAPT in action? I'm considering adding this or the Duofiller to our pilot system at the brewery. We will fill directly from the 1 BBL Brite tank for...

    Butterfly Valve Gaskets

Follow up: This gasket Butterfly Valve Seat 1.5" EPDM from Brewery Gaskets fits the SS Brewtech 20 gal fermenters and brite tanks. I replaced the worn gasket and this seems to work. I believe it will also fit the 1 BBL fermenters and brite tanks but need to order a few more to try it out. I...

    Butterfly Valve Gaskets

I sent Brewery Gaskets my dimensions OD ~ 52.4mm, ID ~35.2mm, THK ~17.8mm, HS ~9.8mm and they have two different seals that are a little different, but close. I'm going to order one of each and see how they fit, since my gasket is pretty worn and I'm not sure of the measurements, if the valve...

    Butterfly Valve Gaskets

I have a leaking gasket on one of my 1.5 TC Butterfly valves and I'm looking for a gasket replacement with little success. I order a generic one, but the width of the gasket is too large. Anyone have a source that lists the dimensions of the gaskets? I've questioned MoreBeer, GW Kent, Glacier...
