How long after I sanitize my brewing equipment can I use it before its considered no longer sanitary? For example, if I sanitize my equipment in the morning, would it be fine to use late in the afternoon?

Ok cool, thats what I thought, but you know, the first time doing everything you want to get the "okay" from the experts....

Rather then bottling my entire batch of beer, can I just put it all in a corny keg and go from there?

Just made my first batch about a week ago, think I've done everything possible to destroy it, we'll see how it turns out...
