I just opened my first Brewer's Best IPA. Below are the directions, which I followed -- also with secondary fermentation for 2 weeks. The beer has been kept in closed crates after bottling for another 2 weeks before I popped them in the fridge 2 days ago...
Thanks for the helpful replies. I'll be upgrading to a new 9-10g brew kettle and use a hop spider (so far I'm using mostly pellet hops) and the whirlpool method. I'm liking the Stout (conical-fermenter.com) or megapot 1.2 (available at northerbrewer.com).
