    I try and set up a checklist the night before. The key is to just be very very methodical. It sounds like you don't have any serious issues though, but I'm with Kammee on the blueberry vodka.

    I've had an Irish Red in primary for 2 weeks now, OG was 1.050, down to 1.010 now. Its got a nice dark color and I'm not sure if I should go into secondary for a week or if its fine for bottling right now, suggestions?

    Yeah, stomp them grapes seems to be one of the cheapest places around but I wasn't too keen on their staff. Beer At Home in westminster has a smaller selection but is cheaper with bottles and has a very helpful staff.

    I believe it, I spent some time out in Ohio and was so disappointed because I could only find 1 microbrew! People out there thought Rolling Rock was the classy good beer!
