    NEIPAs and Protein Rests

What percentage flaked unmalted grains are you using? Most NEIPA recipes I've seen use less than 20% flaked oats or wheat with the rest being 2 row. At this rate, a single step infusion mash works fine.

Beer wars: Yuengling fights massive merger of Budweiser and Miller Lite brewers

AB-InBev has a horrendous track record of engaging in anticompetitive practices that squeeze out the little guy. They managed to keep microbrews out of many stores for years by enticing distributors not to carry their products. They are one of the behind the scenes powers that keeps onerous...

A New England style double IPA. I vacationed in Maine a few weeks ago and really enjoyed the juicy IPAs they brew up there. I managed to visit the Maine Brewing Co. and Foundation Brewing while I was there and they inspired me to make it my next brew.

    Brew Boss Systems

I didn't realize it would hold that much. I thought I had read that a 15 gallon COFI would max out at around 20 lbs. I haven't yet used more than 15 lbs so I was unsure about the upper limit. I am planning to brewing an imperial stout soon so your information is helpful.

    NE Inspired IPA Results

Having recently returned from a vacation in Maine, i'm inspired to try my hand at brewing a New England style IPA. For those of you who haven't tried one, don't let that cloudiness scare you away. It's not yeast, the cloudiness comes from all the late addition hops that they use. To clear the...
