I did some reading as Hillhouse said and learned a lot, so I think I will add 1/3 of the lme next time to start due to the hops needing it to do there thing. and the rest at flame out. Now for the next question how do I figure out on how much hops to use? thanks
All my brews have been Extract kits from Northern brew Co. I have not yet moved up into ag due to time and space. When I do a boil could I add the extract at 30 min. and would that change the taste much?

Bought a sixer last week, it is one of the best SA that I have drank, and A friend of mine that pretty much only drinks coors light or BPR even liked it.
So I just got my american wheat from NB and i also ordered some KreamyX, my question is should I use reg sugar or the creamy X to prime with. I did do some search and found that it works good in the stouts, but what about the wheat style beers

I did this same kit, it is in its 3 wk. in my primary and I put can stout mix + i can dark malt extract,+ .75# dex. and it taste great and haven't even moved it to bottles yet still waiting for about another week or so.
