    Imperial Honey Ale (IHA)

    Update Gravity now at 1.025 = 8% ABV. Flavor is sweet and hoppy, with a terrific aroma and smooth finish. It is rather cloudy yet and I am sure it will take another week or two in a secondary to clarify. ~Phillip

    Update Brewed this Sunday and my batch came out dead on to the recipe. Using ProMash, I hit 77% efficiency and ended up with an O.G. of 1.091, a hair over my estimate. I used a bit of cold, store packaged drinking water to speed up cooling and I brought my O.G. to 1.086, I can deal lol Here...
