My girlfriend and I were there last night and it was such a great time. I've been to Czech Republic a few times and have never seen beer poured in that fashion that before.

Hi guys. Two questions.
First - I brewed my first pilsner, 14 days @ 50º finished off where i was expecting, racked to secondary, and its been in there @ 34º for a month. I've noticed there's a huge yeast cake in the bottom, almost as a big as a regular primary cake and much bigger than most...
So i just opened up the bucket on my first lager fermentation. 14 days @ 55º. its pretty close to what the FG should be, but I'm nervous about what's going on up top here.
I didnt strain the beer so I thought it might be hops clumping up with some yeast that hasn't fallen yet. But the bubbles...
