I'm pretty happy with this beer so far. I'll be doing a double (10g) batch this time. I'm looking for a good dry hop suggestion for part of it. Right now the last batch had a good balance of sweetness and a very crisp bitter taste that faded out nicely.

You've got a hop hiding at the end of the whole grain section.
I'm going to have to get me some of that cherrywood smoked malt. Sounds interesting.
The only thing I'd like to see is metal options for a spoon/paddle but that is a personal preference.
