    Well, this is my 5th cider, and I've made about 10 ales (pale, amber, IPA) plus a few meads as well, but I'll always be learning. So after bottling and letting it sit for about a week or 2 it seems like its OK. It has a bit of an interesting/slightly different flavor but I'm thinking...

    It was kept in a closet. I guess I'll bottle it later this week and see what happens.

    Ok after a week?

    So my bubbler came off during fermentation while I was on vacation and from the looks of things it seems that it may have been off for a week or so. Do you think it's still ok. Was fermenting Brandon O's graff if that makes any difference.
