Hey Robegero, I am moving to Henderson. Is there a local home brew club?

    Moving to Las Vegas, Nevada

I will be moving out to Nevada in a couple months and I was wondering what the craft beer scene was like? Also, are their home brew stores in Las Vegas?

    Brewery names--what's your story?

I am calling mine, Pier 60 Brewing. Pier 60 is a Pier in Clearwater, FL where I spent most of my life. It reminds me of the easy going times where I didn't have to worry about anything. www.pier60brewing.tumblr.com www.facebook.com/pier60brewing

    Air lock bubbles?

Are you using a liquid or dry yeast? Liquid yeast can take up to 48-72 hours to get started.

Is too much leftover Star San bad?

I love having foam in my carboy. It continues to sanitize the carboy as it is being filled with beer! :ban:
