    Champagne/Belgian Bottle Tips

    Do you think a standard champagne cord would work on a 9 liter bottle? I've had one success and one failure with a tapered cork and am looking for a better cork. I did make a good cage out of chicken wire and zip ties - worked beautifully. Any advice on cork size is appreciated
