    True. I was following Braufessor's "Northeast Style IPA" thread there for a while and have made several LODO batches with his recipe. He has a very detailed explanation of his process on the first page. I was hoping there was something like that in this thread. :mug:

    Brau, Would you mind posting the ppm for each of the salts if you were to use 100% RO water? It would help me tremendously. Below is what I used for my first batch, but the Ph ended up being too low. Ca: 90 ppm Mg: 7.8 ppm Na: 26.0 ppm S04: 74 ppm Cl: 128 ppm Bicarb: 69 ppm Also...

    Hi Braufessor, First, I'd like to thank you for sharing your recipe and expertise with us. I've got a question: When I enter the water profile listed in the recipe, B'run says there is a cation/anion imbalance (7.0 and 6.2, respectively). Is this to be expected? Thanks, John
