Hi all,I made a rather nice habanero stout,simply added 2 rehydrated chillies at primary fermentation and it ended up very tasty.also made an elderflower cider and put 3 habanero in.both very nice and not overly hot.the bhut jolokia pilsner was pure fire in a glass however.
Hi all,I'm new here and have made homebrew for 30 years now,my query is this,I've read that a lager yeast makes a nice cider but has anyone ever used the bayanus yeast to make a lager?
