Hi I have had the same problem the way to fix this is to de carbonate the keg by a fair bit by giving it a gentle shake side to side and releasing the valve if foam comes out just give it ten minutes and repeat 2 - 3 times then have your keg chilled to 4 degrees and start dispersion from 5 psi...
