    Hi, Thank you for your replies.... the yeast was a specialist cider yeast "Mangrove Jacks MO2".... The SGs are all about 1000 - 1010.... My gut instinct is telling me that the sugar levels are low. I did use slightly more yeast than was necessary, so maybe all the sugar has been absorbed...
