That was my thinking too!
I was going to challenge the guys to build a cooling system to drop the temp of 5 gallons of boiling liquid to below 75 F as fast as possible without contaminating the liquid. Winner gets a case of beer. If it is not legal, then I will have to give away a computer case...
I run Extreme Overclocking (computer enthusiast website). Am I legally allowed to give beer away to my forum visitors as contest prizes?
I am not charging.
We are assuming I can determine their age.

I don't have a direct answer for that, but I can tell you that I too forgot the S-04 when I first brewed this beer and it still turned out to be great. So, either way, you should find yourself in good shape.
I love this beer! I have brewed this recipe twice now:
The first time, I forgot to add the dry yeast! :) It happens. The smell was 100% DT. It lacked the complexity of DT, but was still awesome.
The second one is still warm conditioning (another 10 days from today). I used my kegerator and...
I have been doing a lot of stove top all grain brewing (gas stove, 5 gal brews). One of the problems I have had when using my copper coil chiller is that it takes forever to get from around 90 to 70. I found a $2.99 solution rather than buying bags of ice to drop those last 20 degrees.
I fill...

2 lbs sharp cheddar cheese, grated (the bags of cheese work just fine)
16 oz cream cheese
12 oz of your darkest homebrew
1/2 Tbsp garlic powder
1/2 Tbsp crushed red pepper (i use 1.5 Tbsp)
1 1/2 tsp cayenne
1/2 Tbsp...
I was not planning on creating the cheese myself. I would buy the cheese I need and then mix my ingredients. I wonder if that helps me avoid the strict cheese-making laws?
I have a friend who makes her own Kettle popcorn at farmers markets. She lives in my city and had to get licensed to produce food. She was told that she could use her garage to house her operation. I wonder if I would be better off going to markets with her and selling my cheese there? She...
I have come to grips with the fact that I will probably not be able to sell my homebrew delights.
I have created the most fantastical beer cheese using my brew. Am I legally allowed to sell it?
Due to the gravity cap on the WLP800, I am going to pitch a WLP540 Abbey this afternoon. This will allow me to disassemble my MacGyver setup and hopefully add an interesting twist to the brew.

That is the recipe I used. This is my third time making it. Last time I mixed up the grain a bit and used Coriander seeds rather than paradise.
I was able to fix the temperature a bit: I have a few un-used rooms in my house. I...
