I just find it odd that a LHBS cannot front the money for a mill and a scale so you can mill yourself? Weird.

I'd definitely adjust the hops to the proper IBUs. Who's to say their hops are not a bit higher or lower in that department.

Costco has a good price on refills. Usually $9.99-$11.99 depending on the gong rate.

I have that same mill. Wonder if I'll get a free upgrade? I had to replace the thumb screws with some grade 5 bolts. Well I didn't have to, but it made it easier to adjust:)

That's definitely the problem. No way for it to circulate the cold air through the chamber without a void in the bottom of the divider.

Yes. I use gravity and my air compressor to get the water out. Don't ever want that to freeze up in the winter because it will crack it.

Unless there is a way to release the pressure caused by forcing the beer into the sanke then i'm going to say no.
