What would you suggest for a hop schedule ? or is this something I should put into beersmith and play around with ... shoot for around 30ibu ?

I dont get out of work till 5:30pm friday... I thought you had indicated that friday you are cutting off pickups at 2:30?

I was informed that 3 of my splits fell through... these being splits on: Thomas Foster and Sons products: Crystal 120 - Dark Crystal 2 - TF-DCRY120 Chocolate Malt - TF-CHOC Brown Malt - TF-BRWN I am looking for half bag splits on these but would do thirds if multiple people...

Yep, took that off my split list... so, im only in for the 100, brown and chocolate.
