So what are some good commercially available Saison beers that I could try to compare this?
Mine came out much darker than it "should" have. It definitely has the spicy bite that everyone explains, but I don't know much about Saison. So I'd like to have something to compare it to.

After over a month in primary the FG is 1.010 (OG was 1.07), is there anything I should do to get that lower or is that fine? Like I said a lot of people were around...
Yeah, I've just moved to Florida, and I hope I can try this one as my first brew down here.
I usually keep the apt. at 78 but its still in the low 90s outside so that's too warm.
But I was reading the specs about the yeast and it says upper 70s is fine.
Well are there any Mr. Beer kits that you would recommend? I wouldn't mind, they are cheaper. But I was looking for something like a Belgian. Is there any real creative or stand out Mr. Beer recipe kit that one might say, "before you write off mr. beer, try this one!"
