Final Gravity for IPA - what is too high?
An old post but I thought I would add to the conversation in case someone has a similar experience to me. My sudo NEIPA brewed with wheat and oats consistently comes in at around 1.025 and 1.033. I use Kveik and brew at around 36C. I thought this was high but I checked out a NEIPA from a local...- mankev
