I bought a beer brewing kit (http://www.northernbrewer.com/essential-brewing-starter-kit), and it said to leave the fermenter in a cool, dark place for 3 weeks... it's been 6 weeks (I've been traveling). Is the beer bad, or can I go ahead and bottle it?
