We have a great near smoked porter recipe we use, and would like to do a vanilla porter with this base next tome we brew. How much good quality vanilla extract per gallon would be a reasonable amount? I was thinking about 1 1/2tsp per gallon. Thoughts?

Buffalo being blueberry stout. That beer sucks! Also tried a 3 Floyds bubble gum head ipa, treated like a pine tree, potted it down the drain after 1 swig!!!
