I use salt water in my airlocks. there is not enough salt in the airlock to change the flavor of 5 gallons of liquid.

I used s-05 yeast one time for this and it came out awful.

It has been 5 more months. I still have solids in an extra stout. It is also undercarbed still. Still no reply from the company.

i would suggest shooting him.

Yeah i think you would have to make some real changes to the way you brew. I would have to drill a hole in the floor and rack into a keg in the basement.

I do it all the time. I make 5 gallon batches and bottle 1 or 2 gallons of each to save for long term. it works out great for me. plus if you shake the kegs when you carb it seems to be much faster because there is more contact with the co2.

Wow! This stuff really surprised me. It is really good. I recommend it to any APA drinker that is looking for something to drink while working in the yard. Went over big time around my house.

"warm and swirl" sounds like a band name. either that or a very mean thing you could do to someone.

perhaps you can glue them shut with a non reactive glue. not the safest idea if your regulator goes south. i would try keg lube first.

1118 makes some awful apfelwien. Way too dry.
