    Thanks guys! I smacked and pitched 2.75 hours later. A bit slow to start but I saw a small amount of activity at 6am this morning (9.5 hours later).

    Metallic finish?

    Yes, it was overcarbonated actually - was almost like drinking pop. They will definately be in the bottle longer - just had to drink those first couple of beers. I'm ferming a porter right now that will be "hidden" for a good, long time.
