It's a 2.5 gal kicked up blonde ale..been in the mb keg a month..I don't see any stringy strands and when I to cold crash I was carrying it around all that sorta yeast rafts dissappeard...I tasted it it was sorta green but not bad...I used workhorse yeast first time...
I may have had an infection on my last batch..I'm doing the mr beer keg batches..should I boil the spigot, and will starsan be able to kill everything if I soak?
My significant other put 2 of my test white ipa bottles on their side...how long will it take inThe fridge for them to clear I was gonna try one tommorow.
Is it ok carbing too warm? temps sored today like 100 degrees outside around 80ish maybe hotter in my garage...where my infection white ipa is...day 3 and 1L pets are already tightening up.
Lol...ok bottled it up I used a 2L 3 1L pets and few 12oz glass...I thru maybe a few out to keep some of the nasties out...there's this thick brown layer where the beer line was like glued on there..soaking it in oxyclean, then ill bleach it...still tasted good..eh didn't get a gravity but seems...
