I am racking an IPA into my secondary today and this is going to be my first time dry hopping. Can I still use gelatin to clear out the beer or will that mess up the process?

so I just fill the hose and chiller with sanatizer and pull the plug when i am ready to start? I dont see how clogs would be an issue.

It was off for about 3-5 min, but this thing was spewing yeast and foam like a model volcano. I dont think there will be any problems, it was still going like that well after i fixed the clog in my blow off tube
