I was brewing and kegging 5 gallon batches for over 5 years and made some great beers during that time. Around 2015 life got in the way and I stepped away from brewing. Recently I have been getting the itch to brew again (there is really no good beer until you brew your own ). Ran across the Brooklyn Brew Shop ad for 1 gallon brewing and it hit, I can get into brewing again without my physical limitations getting in the way (the weight of the 5 gallon process would be too much for my back). So I’m waiting on equipment and ingredients and off on my new journey of crafting great beers again.
