After my first batch in the house the wifey made such a fuss about the smell in the house I have since brewed all beers outside partial mash and extract havent done AG yet but I have no problems brewing outside. Matter of fact I prefer outside.

You know I bottled a Doppelbock about a month ago after 4 weeks in the fermentor didnt use pills or potions just let it sit there. Racked to bottle bucket. Conditioned for 3 weeks and the bottles are crystal clear I have no problem with chill haze. But I also used safale-05 on that batch.

I was forced by the wifey to brew outside she dosent like the smell of wort LOL. Anyway I had an old turkey fryer and I havent fried turkey in a long time. So I boiled probly 20 gallons of water in it first. Then made Wort. No problems. Now I dont use it for anything but brew now. And It works...

Ok so then it seems that I need to research about getting a permit to make the amount of beer we are talking about and being able to "sell" to the members. OK thanks again Yoppers. I knew this was the place to start.

The club does have a full License to sell what ever. Beer or spirits. Hmmm wonder if that is all we need.

In order to make this happen I have to prove that it would be legal. So I figure this would be a good place to ask about this.
