Why don't you just go to the source and ask? ;)

    Brewing...IN SPACE

NASA has already experimented with beer yeast on the shuttle in space and made beer... Coke experimented with the CO2 dispensing system on the shuttle. The end result, was beer that tasted like beer! :) As I and most of my friends work there, we have tried to get our hands on some of this...

    Build motorized mash mixer? Debate?

Damn you Claudius, you kill me every time man! I did this one back in '05. I used it for some time and loved it. It is very handy for keeping the temps consistent in the mash with my recirc. Actually have been wanting to make a new one to use on Brutus Ten. This one was for my old "five"...

    Old Old School Brewing techniques

I have always been fascinated with the depression era brewing too. My wife's dad worked at Falstaff here in Galveston for years. Her grand dad used to brew during that era at home. I still have his original recipe. Keep in mind, back in that day, if there was such as thing as a hydrometer, he...

    Brutus 10 clone v.1

Great job brother! I love the way it looks! As far as the caster attachments, they are in my plans. They are called leveling tubes, tube inserts, or threaded inserts, McMaster Carr part number 60945K31. Works like a charm. Keep the pics coming!

    Our Homebrew Rig

Naw brother, it's cool... Monster Mash has been in this brewing biz for all the years that I have. Damn good brewer too! You should check out his profile... He is not spouting. This has been a long standing thing around all the brewing forums since this kettle explosion thing came about, and he...

    Our Homebrew Rig

Holes are good to be on the safe side if one wants. No one eluded otherwise. This is a very OLD topic. We need not throw around scare tactics at the same time. It is good to understand things.

    Our Homebrew Rig

Yep. I have seen that thread for some years now. I simply have my reservations about that thread and always have. We weld up tubes all the time with no relief holes. You should see the Space Station! This is just me speaking here, but there is no possible way that simple little piece of metal...

    Our Homebrew Rig

I would agree with your opinion. If this were the case, every single Morebeer system, BrewMagic and Brutus Ten would have blown up by now. This is a great looking system! Keep the pics coming!

why pay too much for ss hardware?

And someone posted that it is only $14.50 at Bargain Fittings. Man, that website made my eyes bleed!

    Check out the Bluto555!

You may see on his site that I have commented a time or two on his pics a while back. I am still DUMBFOUNDED at this build! What an amazing feat it is!

    Welding Single Tier Brew Stand

AhHaaaHaaa... BendBrewer brother, I have just realized what I "think" you are "thinking" in re-reading this whole thread... You think that one would actually build up a gas black iron pipe and shove it down inside the structure itself and weld it all up no? No my friend. Please understand the...

    Welding Single Tier Brew Stand

I'll stay out of this one except to say that this is one of the more silly statements I have heard! :) Not only hundreds of Brutus frames, and now this other fella I see is doing it too, but literally HUNDREDS of Brew Magic systems also. The original Brew Magic also has a welded gas manifold. (I...
