    Well, I should say that I bought it 3 times and that just means I can run 3 batches at the same time :D Still, the good stuff is quite shiny.

    I've only made two batches, but started after using the Sam Adam's Home Brewing Kit from beer-wine hobby, and on the DVD, Jim Koch literally had 2 gallons of water he had frozen, cut open the jug, put them in the fermenter and ladled the wort onto it, to help bring the temperature down...

    Quick google brings me to this calculator: http://www.rooftopbrew.net/abv.php 6.4% by volume but, not sure what your temps were etc or how much that plays into it.

    Long time lurker, and about to brew up my third batch this coming weekend so I figured it was time I'd officially join. First batch was the Sam Adams kit from beer-wine.com which turned out pretty delicious... and then my second one which I tried to improvise a bit with some different hops etc...
