just put together all of my ingredients for this one. I'll brew friday. with summer around the corner, i need a clean, hoppy, refreshing beer. 10 gallons of this should hit the spot! thanks Yooper for all of the great info!
I took first in the Old West region with my Belgian Dark Strong Ale! It's the same one that took first in the HBT comp last year. It's even better after aging in our cave!
