So drinking day has arrived. Bottles have been sittin for about 2 weeks. The question i have is, if the beer is good and you want to share with friends, whats the polite minimum to give? Just one? 2?

I am going to be bottling my first brew tonight. Need some advise. I bought new bottles, do i rinse just with sanitizer or put in dishwasher first. Also should i taste brew before adding sugar solution or just wait till bottles have carbonated?

I have a Question. I got a northern brewer kit with a bubbler airlock. Instructions say to fill with star san which i did ( to max line). However it all seems to have foamed due to i assume the co2 creation. Do i need to keep filled or just leave it?
