I actually used a zest grater and not the whole peels...worked great. Love this beer and have made it 3 times now.

Just tapped this keg on Saturday and have already gotten RAVE reviews on it...and I love it myself. One of the guys that tasted it has judged (and won) various contests in the Northeast and basically said "make it again b/c it's that good". Thanks man!!

Picked up when a bar went out of business. I can return them for deposits, but figure someone might have stuff to trade on here. I think there's about 5-6 of them in my storage container...along w/ 2 old school barrel-style kegs (the ones that lay down on the sides). Not sure what those are...

Anyone use PEX to make their MT manifold?? It's rated for 200* which should be fine, but I'm just wondering what the pro/cons are...

How does this work when you're direct firing the MLT w/ the insulation on it?? Does the flame from the burner melt the insulation at all??
