    Witbier Blue Balls Belgian Wit (Blue Moon Clone)

    I'm not necessarily trying to clone blue moon but simply want a ballpark representation of the style. My LHBS doesn't have bitter orange peel specially dried and packaged for brewing, so would using fresh orange peels in 10ish minutes of the boil be an acceptable substitute?

    Double IPA Dogfish Head 90 Minute Clone

    What would you guys think about using US05 instead of S04 to try to achieve a dryer finish? I love DFH 90m but I find it slightly sweet for the style...

    American IPA Bell's Two Hearted Ale Clone (close as they come)

    Just bottled 5 gallons of this brew. 2 packs of US05 got me down to 1.009!!! Wowzers. It tastes amazing. Will definitely brew again, good job to the recipe maker. Probably 10 Gallons next time ;) :cheers:

    American IPA Bell's Two Hearted Ale Clone (close as they come)

    Just brewed this as my first all grain Brew. Hit 1.068 on the dot! It smelled amazing. Cannot wait to rack over to secondary and sneak a taste ;)
