Ok, so I won't be able to purchase any camden for a few weeks. I do however have some Potassium Sorbate on hand though. Can I use JUST the PS or is the Camden vital?

I think a wine trade is a cool idea! Even if its just a beer bottles worth. My bf makes a good mead, I bet he'd like to trade mead too.

I don't have any yeast nutrient. I've heard of people adding things like raisins to mead instead of YN, do you think that would help? Also, the smell has subsided but it's still slightly noticeable.
