Just getting started "home" home brewing. previous experience at a local "Ubrew". Great place but bar tab was killing me and it was a long drive home to be that "happy", if you know what I mean.

Just started brewing at home with the thought that if I enjoy a bit too much, all I have to manage is some stairs.
