First post here. I used a single bag of ice in the sink then put the 5 gal pot in. I got it to about 95 before the ice was gone then added it to the carboy with a couple gallons of water that I had super cooled in the freezer. Took a temp reading and adjusted with more cold or room temp to hit 5...
