    Thanks everyone. In hindsight, I should have reduced the EKG a bit. I didn't originally put this recipe into brewing software since it was straight out of a book. Looks like it will be about 5 IBU higher than I wanted, but still in the range for a tripel. I will see how it tastes after primary...

    Thank you! Should I boil 60 minutes from EKG addition, or just continue the time from when originally started? I'll add more saaz at end.

    I accidentally added my aroma hops as the bittering hops, wondering if there is anything I can do to save this beer, or what it will do? I brewing a 1 gallon tripel from the Brooklyn Brew Shop book. This is my first time using saaz hops. Recipe: 2.8 lbs Belgian Pilsner malt .08 lbs caramel 10...
