.5 lbs of Crystal 120
1 oz of torrified wheat
4 Gallons of Whole Foods apple juice
1 gallon of water
1 lb. amber DME
1 lb. light DME
1/2 lb. Brown sugar
.5 oz Mt Hood hops
Pectic enzyme and irish moss to help clear it out
