A few questions... How old is the freezer? I see you have it set up for 4 taps, but do you know how many kegs you could fit in it if you really packed them in? Where is the hump located?

Wouldn't autolysis be a concern leaving it on the yeast cake for 4+ weeks after fermentation?

Has anyone had to replace the gasket on one of these? Mine has a corner that won't seal and the frame of the door is still square so I know it isn't that. A quick Google search hasn't returned anything useful in terms of a replacement.

Awesome build and write up. I'm about to start this tonight. How big of hole did you need to drill into it to run the wires and did you use anything to seal up around the hole once you ran the wires through?
