    Try and get a hold of a bottle of Midtfyns Rough Snuff (Fisherman’s Ale). http://www.ratebeer.com/beer/midtfyns-rough-snuff-fishermans-ale/121895/ I think it became illegal in Denmark just after launching, so not sure how easy it is to find.

    The worry is that i should have moved more of the hops to a later timepoint in the boil, I like bitter stuff, so I should be able to still enjoy it, although it wasn't supposed to be this bitter, I messed up in beersmith and didn't catch it untill afterwards.     I have an ESB fermenting away (5g, 1.050, IBU 60), but I'm spreidd that it's underhopped. I have plenty of hops in it, but in my recipe the last hop addition (~1/2 oz EKG) is at 15min and almost all ESB recipes I've seen since have hops addee at 5 and/or 1min as well.
