I would seriously suggest you do some more reading before you start anything. Go to beertools.com they have a recipe generator that will help you with everything and the best part is it's printable and self correcting. :cross:

From what I understand going staight to bottling instead of racking to a secondary dosen't really make a difference unless you are making a light colored ale or you are shooting for a certain clairity in your brew:cross:

I have a recipe for rauchbier, but being new to home brewing on my own, I haven't tried it yet. If your interested I can send it to you if you'll explain it to me. It only uses one extract for dry unhopped malt.
