I made a 1 Gal batch up last week. I used Apple & Eve 100 % Apple Juice made from concentrate. I pitched the yeast and no activity for two days. I was away for a week and when I came back there is still no activity that I can see. The room has been at 60-64 degrees. Can I fix this?

It was room temp. when I poured it. now its sitting in my basement at about 68-70 degrees. Thanks for the help.

I used Apple & Eva Apple Juice. The label says its made from concentrate.

I was racking my blueberry ale to secondary from my better bottle. The transfer stopped, the line was clogged probably by some blueberry fragment and in frustration I blew into the hose to un-clog the line. How bad is this?
