Thanks, I presume that you've outgrown kits! I hope to get to the next stage in a while but need to brew a few drinkable batches first. My first brew was marred by a leaking valve in my new King Keg but it's a very passable "Still Beer". Got a new lid so here's to my next brew.

I presume the "float" in a king keg top tap floats on top/slightly submerged of the beer during secondary fermentation and if so then the presssure from the gas pushes it through the float to the tap. If this assumtions are correct then wouldn't a injection of gas push the beer to the tap? which...
