I'm a tiny boutique brewery located in New Zealand. I'm starting small to see if there is a local market for my beer and we'll just have to wait and see how things develop.
I brew traditional ales and a gluten-free beer. I like to use local New Zealand ingredients wherever possible and love the taste of our pale ale malt that comes from the South Island.
