I've been homebrewing for about 10 years now. I've done whole-grain brewing, but seem to get just as good brews for less time spent with partial-grain mashes, and a whole lot less cleanup.

Favorite beers are British style pale ales and IPAs, though I like just about everything but yellow beer.
