Help - I think I added too much fruit...

I'm under the impression that the raspberries will be a much bolder fruit, so that is the beer I'm concerned about. As per the ratios you gave from Radical Brewing, I might not be too bad...I suppose I can just wait and see.

Help - I think I added too much fruit...

I can't really rack "off" the fruit as the fruit puree was very much a liquid. I was thinking about brewing an additional 5 gallons, however I'd need to primary ferment to completion before adding to the secondaries, yes?

Help - I think I added too much fruit...

Hey all - I read often, but rarely post. But I believe I've made a major goof. My wife was asking for a raspberry wheat beer for some time, and we just recently got around to making it. Since I didn't really want 5 gallons of raspberry wheat, I decided I'd split the batch into 2 different...

    Kegging / Carbonation Question

hey yooper, thanks for replying - the thing is it does not taste overcarbed - it actually tastes "young." Pours get a nice head on it, but not very bubbly on the palate when drinking. I'm lost.

    Kegging / Carbonation Question

Hey Guys - hopefully a few of you can lend some knowledge. I have read many threads on this board and various others, regarding how to carbonate your brew after kegging (this is my 1st experience with kegging). After doing a lot of reading, I decided to hook up my tank & regulator, set it...

    Temperature Control Help

Hey All - this is actually my 1st post, been reading for a while. Like other's I've been motivated to build my own kegerator / fermentation chamber out of a chest freezer, which I have recently gotten. I like the way the LOVE temp. controller looks and operates, however I'm no electrician and...
