I am a primary care physician. Working in Emmen, the Netherlands and living across the border in Laar, Germany. Here in Laar there's a lot of neglected apple trees in farmyards and along the roads.

- As of November 2017: I started 3 weeks ago with about a gallon of windfall apple juice. Used a slow juicer to juice them, added some yeast from the bottom of a Leffe beer bottle
